Separately, they’ve earned bragging rights such as being the first staff writer for Martina McBride’s music publishing company; collaborating with songwriting heroes like Liz Rose; having material recorded and performed by music idols such as JoDee Messina; and even sharing the stage with acts like duo inspiration Joey + Rory.

Together, they’re already starting to make waves. Named for their 4-day- apart daughters, Hadley & Parker, singer/songwriters, Morgan Leigh Garner and Courtney Dashe, formed their duo, Hadley Park, in 2015. Despite having grown up on opposite sides of the US, their upbringings were very similar. Garner, born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and Dashe, who hails from Westlake Village, California, were both inspired by their fathers’ examples. One, a songwriter, the other, a businessman: both worked incredibly hard to become masters of their craft. Similarly, both Morgan’s and Courtney’s mothers worked equally as hard being stay-at-home moms and instilling in them the importance of family.

Driven by a dream, inspired by their parents, encouraged by their husbands,

and motivated by their children, the girls of Hadley Park want to show their kids what it means to be passionate and compassionate people. The independent duo calls their model: chasing dreams and little ones, too.

Hadley Park digitally released their song “Things I’ve Learned,” co-written with Morgan’s then 9-year-old nephew and two-time cancer fighter, Kaleb Leigh, in 2015. Shortly after, a videographer approached the girls about making a music video aiming to raise awareness for childhood cancer. It quickly garnered support from fellow country artists like Martina McBride & Rodney Atkins, as well as organizations like Breedlove Guitars & CaringBridge. Hadley Park announced their official partnership with CureSearch for Children’s Cancer in June of 2016 and is donating a portion of proceeds from select shows on their self- booked “That’s Another Bottle of Wine” tour to the organization for children’s cancer research.

Hadley Park’s debut EP, “Retrospect,” is scheduled for release Nov. 11, 2016.
